Maggie started her legal career as a employee of the Department for Courts during her University Holidays. After admission as a Barrister and Solicitor, she worked as a junior barrister for Mr. Simativa Perese in the area of civil and commercial law. From there she moved to become one of the first two non-sworn Police Prosecutors in the Counties Manukau area. Maggie became a Barrister Sole in 2009 and joined Liberty Law Barristers upon its inception.

She also presented at the Inaugural Pacific Lawyers Association Conference and will present at the Youth Advocates Seminar hosted by ADLS.
