Heather Rogers

Heather does not carry a large case load as it is important to her to be able to fully represent her clients efficiently and professionally while remaining available and approachable when issues arise. Heather will always see you as her client and Heather’s duty is to work for you to try to achieve the best outcome possible in the circumstances. Heather’s work has included appearing in defended hearings, disputed fact hearings, sentencing and bail matters on allegations including assaults, burglary and robberies, fraud, traffic and drugs matters. Heather was admitted to the bar in 2015 and started working as a staff solicitor in a small family law focussed practice and then as a junior barrister in a commercial set of chambers before starting work in field of criminal law. Before becoming a lawyer, Heather worked in a variety of roles in London, South Africa and in New Zealand in the IT sector. This means Heather brings real world experience to her practice.
